Unfortunately, we are NO longer taking any more CAKE ORDERS or running any more CLASSES :-(

Macaroons or Macarons?


No matter how you spell it... here are my first attempt at them! My very talented 'foodie friend' Rosalie helped me from start to finish... thanks Rose! xx (next time we need to get rid of the little pointy bit from piping!)
Some with Choc ganache and some with raspberry buttercream... enjoyed making something other than cake in my oven!

Packed with skills and techniques, and answers to your questions, classes focus on real hands on learning in small groups. We make sure you leave with skills and knowledge to create many designs once you go home ..not just 1 or 2! Come join a class...our promise is to understand the way you learn, respect your individuality and experience. We will 'teach' not just 'show'. We promise you won't feel rushed and we pormise to personally respond to your questions even after you have left our class. Teaching is what we do best. Oh, and of course...cake too! :)
